The ZenWave Ice Pod includes a six-month limited manufacturer warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship that affect the Ice Pod’s structural integrity, waterproofing, or normal function during the warranty period.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and cosmetic changes that do not affect function.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by severe weather, freezing water, sharp objects, chemicals, or other external conditions.
How to request warranty support
Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout, your order or invoice number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video showing the issue.
If a covered defect is confirmed, ZenWave Wellness will provide instructions for the approved repair, replacement, replacement part, or return. ZenWave Wellness covers required return shipping for a confirmed warranty claim.
