Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address used during checkout, followed by tracking information after the carrier accepts the shipment.
Estimated delivery
- Contiguous United States: generally 2–5 business days after shipment.
- Alaska and Hawaii: generally 4–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and address problems can extend delivery time.
Carriers and tracking
Orders may ship through USPS or FedEx. If you have not received tracking information within three business days of placing your order, email [email protected].
Address problems and returned packages
Review the shipping address carefully before placing your order. A package returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, recipient refusal, or repeated delivery failure may require an additional shipping payment before it can be sent again.
A package marked delivered is missing
First check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the carrier’s tracking details. Then contact the carrier to open a delivery inquiry. If you still need help, email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number.
