About ZenWave Wellness
ZenWave Wellness is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and sells the ZenWave Ice Pod to customers in the United States. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
Website eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order. Information submitted through checkout, customer accounts, support forms, reviews, or affiliate registration must be accurate and must not impersonate another person. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Products, prices, and availability
We work to describe products and prices accurately. Product appearance can vary slightly by screen or production run. Prices, promotions, and availability may change, and an order may be cancelled or refunded if a product, price, payment, or inventory error prevents fulfillment.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is approved and the order enters fulfillment. Stripe processes supported payments. You authorize the charge shown at checkout and are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
Orders are subject to the Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and ZenWave Ice Pod Warranty. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.
Product use and health information
Use the ZenWave Ice Pod only as directed and in a setting that allows you to exit safely. Website content about cold-water immersion, fitness, recovery, or wellness is general information and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about personal health or safety concerns.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, scrape or reproduce protected content without permission, introduce malicious code, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The ZenWave name, website design, original copy, graphics, photography, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to ZenWave Wellness and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-party services and links
The website relies on third-party services and may link to websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. ZenWave Wellness is not responsible for third-party websites or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
