Its a great product, much better than I thought it would be. Until I make space in the garage it set up in my second bathroom. Fits like a glove. I think this is the future, cold shower and cold plunge at the same time.
This is a great product. Big enough to fit in, small enough to move around and place where you want it. New to ice baths… but I’m beginning to see the hype… mostly sleeping much better and the pain in my lower back from a slipped disc years ago is going away.
This thing is great and built well. Besides cleaning it every once in a while its been super easy to use and having a dedicated tub ready to go makes plunging effortless to fit in.
For the price this ice bath is amazing. I'm 17 days into a 30 day ice bath challenge and this has made the challenge so easy. I feel amazing and will definitely be sticking with it much longer.
It is absolutely amazing I use it whenever possible! A chiller would be a nice addition, I’ll consider it for the next summer! Great product at a great price!
If your on the edge about ice baths, just do it! I do this every morning for 3 before work. I sleep better, I have more energy, and have also strangely noticed I have more patience throughout the day.
The pod itself is great. Its big and comfortable to sit in. I've been using it for a month now and so far there is no wear to the tub, so I think if you take care of it and wash it every month it will last a good amount of time.
If you want to try ice baths, get this! Until I can save thousands for a fancy setup, I decided to pull the trigger on this cheaper portable option. I've had this ice pod for a month and it seems durable enough to last me until I can save up. I use it every morning now and am truly addicted. I occasionally have to add a little air to the ring, but that's the extent of the drawbacks.
