Shipping Coverage

We deliver throughout the USA using USPS or FedEx.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Mainland USA: Typically arrives within 2-5 business days.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, & Islands: Generally delivered within 4-10 business days.

All shipments originate from our Minnesota warehouse.

Order Shipment

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times typically vary from 2-3 business days.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected].

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Failed Or Missing Deliveries

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or absence of the recipient, or if the recipient refuses the package, it will be returned to ZenWave Wellness. Reshipment is at the customer’s expense.

Items Marked As Delivered But Not Received

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the carrier. For this reason, we advise having your packages sent to a secure location. If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check your mailbox, ask your neighbors, contact your local post office, or get in touch with the delivery service.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, typically within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
