Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for a ZenWave Ice Pod, you can do so anytime before the product has shipped, typically within 1-2 business days. Once the product has shipped, you will need to wait for its arrival and return it unopened for a refund.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse (typically within 1 business day). Reach us during business hours at [email protected] any time.

Return/Refund Policy

We offer a 100-day return policy from the date your ZenWave Ice Pod ships. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging with all parts included. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, but there is no restocking fee, and a full refund will be provided.

Note: We do not accept returns for ZenWave Ice Pods or accessories that have been in contact with water or used. You may unpack the ZenWave Ice Pod, sit in it without water to assess fit and quality. If you decide to return it, contact our customer support at [email protected] or call 1-612-255-6999 for return instructions.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
